Polyester staple fiber production is divided into two stages: polyester melt synthesis and melt spinning. Recycled staple fiber requires pretreatment such as crushing, washing, and melting of waste polyester materials. Based on raw materials, it can be divided into:
Virgin staple fiber: Polyester raw material directly synthesized using PTA, with higher quality.
Recycled staple fiber: Made from recycled polyester bottle flakes, textile waste, etc., with lower cost. It is mainly used in the furniture and toy filling industry, bedding and clothing industry, needle-punched cotton industry, and knitted fabric industry.
