Our recycled polyester staple fiber (rPSF) is manufactured from post-consumer PET bottle flakes collected through verified recycling streams. Through a controlled regeneration process, the rPET material is re-pelletized, melt-spun, and cut to staple length , supporting the recycling of post-consumer plastic waste while maintaining processability on standard spinning and nonwoven equipment.
Each shipment is accompanied by a Global Recycled Standard (GRS) Transaction Certificate, allowing downstream brands and retailers to communicate verified recycled content to their customers. As an eco fiber, rPSF can help reduce reliance on virgin petrochemical feedstock and may lower the carbon footprint of finished textile products.
