Our virgin polyester staple fiber (PSF) is manufactured from PTA (purified terephthalic acid) and MEG (monoethylene glycol) through continuous polymerization and high-speed melt spinning. As a virgin grade fiber produced entirely from primary raw materials, it delivers consistent quality, high tenacity, and uniform color across every batch.
It is suitable for downstream yarn and nonwoven production where consistent processing performance and predictable quality are required. Available in semi-dull and bright lusters, as well as optical-white color, with cut lengths tailored to spinning or nonwoven applications, our PSF is designed for smooth processing on high-speed carding and ring-spinning equipment, with controlled fiber breakage and reduced lapping tendency.

Manufactured through high-speed melt spinning, drawing, and precision fiber processing, our virgin polyester staple fiber is available in semi-dull and bright lusters, with solid, hollow, and hollow conjugate cross-sections to meet different downstream requirements. Linear densities range from 1.2D to 15D, with cut lengths of 32mm, 38mm, 51mm, and 64mm for spinning, nonwoven, and filling applications. As a polyester fiber for spinning, our virgin PSF is designed to support stable carding and ring-spinning performance with consistent tenacity and elongation.
Our anti-pilling PSF grade is suitable for apparel fabrics where reduced pilling is required, while solid polyester staple fiber can be used for filling, wadding, and toy applications where resilience and bulk recovery are important. In downstream yarn production, the fiber is designed for stable processing on high-speed carding and ring-spinning equipment with controlled fly generation, while finished yarn can provide consistent dye uptake under standard disperse dyeing conditions. The virgin-grade material helps provide good batch-to-batch consistency for mills that prioritize stable spinning performance and predictable dye matching.

Q1. What is the difference between virgin PSF and recycled PSF?
A: Virgin PSF is made from petroleum-based PTA and MEG with no recycled content. It offers higher uniformity, lower impurity, and more consistent dye uptake. Recycled PSF (rPSF) uses post-consumer PET as feedstock and is preferred when sustainability claims are part of the downstream product positioning.
Q2.Can you customize color and cross-section?
A: Yes. Dope dyed PSF is available in black and other standard shades with a per-color MOQ. Custom cross-sections such as hollow conjugate or trilobal shapes are available above standard MOQ. Standard stock colors are raw white, optical white, and black.
Q3. What is the MOQ?
A: 18 tons per 20GP or 26 tons per 40HQ. Mixed specifications in one container are accepted. Trial orders below the standard MOQ may be negotiable for new accounts, subject to production and sampling requirements.
Q4. What is the lead time?
A: Standard specifications can usually be shipped within 10–15 days after order confirmation. Custom colors or cross-sections generally require 20–25 days, subject to lab-dip approval and production scheduling.
