Chip Pretreatment: Polymer chips undergo pre-crystallization and drying to remove moisture and increase crystallinity to meet spinning requirements.
Screw Melting: The pretreated chips are heated and melted in a screw extruder, divided into feeding, compression, and metering sections, achieving material conveying, melting, and homogenization. The material phase changes from solid particles to a homogeneous melt.
Mel Extrusion: The homogenized melt is precisely delivered to the spinneret by a metering pump, forming a fine melt stream through 0.2-0.5mm orifice holes.
Cooling and Solidification: The melt stream cools and solidifies in air to form nascent fibers. The solidification length affects fiber structure formation.
Post-treatment: The nascent fibers undergo oiling, winding, and other treatments, followed by secondary forming processes such as stretching and heat setting.
